A. National Electronic Public Procurement System (NEPPS) for Supplies and Services
Following the upgrade of NEPPS Supplies and Services, and in order to ensure the operation of the screens Successful Tenderer Supporting Documents Unsealing Details and Successful Tenderer Supporting Documents Unsealing, which apply only to the limited number of procurement procedures initiated before 1 June 2021 for which the successful tenderer’s supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed electronic folder that requires unsealing, users of Contracting Authorities / Contracting Entities and Tender Committees should use these legacy Oracle Java Forms screens only in the cases described above. Registration API
- A data registration application programming interface (Registration API) is available for the CERPP subsystem of the NEPPS Integrated Information System. It enables the automated registration, through interoperability, of acts and/or decisions in CERPP by the relevant information systems of Contracting Authorities/Contracting Entities. Register online as a Registration API user and consult the relevant Registration API Documentation.

a) Complete the Organization Details Form and attach it to the electronic request here so that your organization, including its designated administrator, can be registered in Diavgeia by exception.
b) Once the organization’s Diavgeia administrator has received access credentials from Diavgeia, they must enter the necessary organization details in Diavgeia, including, for example, authorized signatories, organizational units, and users.
c) Finally, follow the same online registration procedure used by users from organizations required to publish on Diavgeia (see the link above).
