Directorate for the Administration, Development and Support of the National Electronic Public Procurement System
The Directorate for the Administration, Development and Support of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (NEPPS) is an organizational unit of the General Directorate for Information and Communication Infrastructure of the Public Administration within the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance at the Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence.
The Directorate is responsible for the operation of the national platform for electronic public procurement, providing digital services to contracting authorities and economic operators, as well as to relevant audit and/or independent authorities.

Within the framework of digital transformation and end-to-end eProcurement, it seeks to provide secure, transparent and efficient electronic services to businesses and public sector entities.
