We would like to inform you that, as of 19 August 2026, the new NEPPS Portal Web will be operational and available at: www.eprocurement.gov.gr and www.promitheus.gov.gr. 

The new Portal provides a single point of access to NEPPS electronic services, facilitating access to information and enabling users to access e-Tenders and public procurement notifications and other related applications. 

The process of informing key users about the transition to the new Integrated Information System (IIS) NEPPS (“OPS ESIDIS”) commenced through two information events held for Contracting Authorities and Economic Operators on 22nd and 25th June 2026, respectively.

SUBJECT: “Notification regarding the mass dispatch of electronic mail (e-mail) from the ESIDIS Public Procurement subsystem (PpS)”

We inform you that, in the context of ongoing upgrade processes concerning the ESIDIS Procurement and Services (PpS) subsystem of the ESIDIS OPS, a mechanism was inadvertently activated yesterday that triggered the mass dispatch of accumulated, previously unprocessed messages to users of Contracting Authorities/Entities and/or Economic Operators.
