Please be informed that:
Joint Ministerial Decision No. 87338/16.10.2026 (Government Gazette B’ 6275) of the Ministers of Development and Digital Governance has been published, entitled “Regulation of Specific Matters Concerning the Operation and Management of the Central Electronic Registry of Public Contracts (KIMDIS) – Amendment of Joint Ministerial Decision No. 76928/09.07.2021 (Government Gazette B’ 3075) of the Ministers of Development and Investments and State”. Among other provisions, this Decision amends Article 11, “Validity of Acts – Corrections”.

Ministerial Decision No. 26433 EX 2026/15.07.2026 (Government Gazette B’ 6276) of the Minister of Digital Governance has also been published, entitled “Provision of Electronic Interoperability Services for the Publication of Public Procurement Documents and Data from the Central Electronic Registry of Public Contracts (KIMDIS) on the DIAVGEIA Programme”. This Decision concerns the interoperability provided for in Article 76(4) and Article 77(6) of Law 4727/2020 (Government Gazette A’ 184) and the final subparagraph of Article 38(4) of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette A’ 147).
